Benguet – Baguio

Last 2013 I went with good friends to the summer capital of the Philippines. We stayed at Le Monet for 2 days, their breakfast was delicious they had a variety of meals and they even had scones! The room was small but didn’t feel cramped their toilet seat was surprising though, it was heated!

I even got to meet Ben Cab!

Dinner at Cafe by the Ruins, the lechon wasn’t as crispy as I expected but the ambiance more than made up for it.

And a quick stop at the market. Look at all that fresh (and cheap) produce!

The only downside I could think of is the number of people in Baguio, I went in June (wet season) and some areas are heavily congested, specifically Session Road. Not bad for a first timer.
