It’s been over a year since I went to Hanoi and I could still taste the delicious food the city had to offer. Yes, it’s congested but I think it’s safe to say no more than the busiest streets in Manila. Ever since my trip to Paris in 2014 I’ve built an affinity for anything French so it came as a surprise when I found out Hanoi had a French quarter after being colonised by France.
